The Tube Sealer CR6 is capable of sealing tubing includingOriGen’s EVA, EVA/PVC coextrusions, and PVC tubing up to 6mmouter diameter. The Tube Sealer CR6 creates reliable, thick sealsthat can be easily inspected and separated. It can be used withCryoStore™ Freezing Bags. The device is able to deliver approximately1500 seals per charge in PVC tubes.

PORTABLE

The Tube Sealer CR6 has a power unit with batteries and controlunit monitored by microprocessor. The unit comes with a batterycharger as well.

EASY TO USE

Simply place the tube between the sealing handle’s electrodesand close the lever. The light on the handle will turn on whensealing begins and will turn off when it is complete. Remove thetube after one additional second. Follow bag recommendations for proper seal placement.

1-2 SECOND SEAL TIME

Seal time is an automatic 1-2 second seal time. It is recommended that you conduct less than one seal every three seconds or a maximum of 50 seals in a sequence with a 15 minute rest after that.Tube Sealer CR6 is comprised of three components:

• (a) Sealing handle with 6' (1.9m) coax cable

• (b) Power unit with batteries and control unit monitored by microprocessor

• (c) Battery charger
