Secoll™ Separation Solution

Secoll™ separation solution contains a polymer with a molecular weight of approximately 400 kDa. Densities of up to 1.1 g/ml can be made to order using this hydrophilic polymer.

Intended Use and Storage

Secoll™ separation solution is used for isolation of cells or cellular particles during density gradient centrifugation. If the intended use of the separated cells involves subsequent culturing, this sterile separating solution is ideal. A Certificate of Analysis is supplied with all Secoll™ orders. Shelf life is 3 years and store at 15°C to 25°C in darkness.
