Storage Procedures | Lyophilized: store at 4C. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -20C. |
Reconstitution | Reconstitute with of H2O. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. |
Antibody Properties | Blocking, staining and activating antibody. For staining, use 10µl/1,000,000 cells. Titer for blocking and activating T cells should be determined by the investigator. |
