This five-day technical training course isoffered to STEMCELL Technologies’ authorized distributors and OEM partners on anumber of routine servicing procedures for RoboSep™ instruments. Successfulcompletion of our training courses qualifies participants to performpreventative maintenance, diagnostic troubleshooting and repairs. It isstrongly recommended for participants to have basic operational experience withRoboSep™ instruments and a strong background in electronics and scientificinstrument servicing. All participants must successfully complete a written andpractical exam to be awarded this level of certification. Ability to communicatein English is mandatory.

Cancellation
A 90% refund will be issued if notification isreceived in writing more than 30 days in advance of the course date. No refundwill be given with less than 30 days’ notice unless we are able to find anotherparticipant to fill the position.
STEMCELL Technologiesreserves the right to cancel the course if we do not receive a minimum numberof registrations 30 days in advance of the course date. Should the course becancelled, your payment will be refunded in full. We recommend that youpurchase travel insurance with your flights to cover the possibility of thecourse being cancelled.
